A promo card from the International Twilight Struggle Tournament 2016 that was hosted in Thessaloniki (23/24 April 2016). Promotional Card Neutral Event - 2 IP - MID WAR Cancels/prevents NATO for Greece. Adds 2 IP to Greece.
